Whilst this fatality is a tragic event for all concerned, the key aspects are:

(a) the employee was a PT Natarang employee & not a Kingsrose employee.
(b) The accident happened above ground in the nearby river.

Had the accident happened underground it would have greatly complicated
the ongoing enquiry at Talang Santo.

May I as a KRM shareholder extend my condolences to the family and work colleagues of the deceased.

PS: The trading halt could have been implemented earlier because the
accident happened on Sunday Indonesian time and it would have prevented those with inside knowledge from selling down the share in such high volume for a day..
