Avid reader of the AFR thread and a few others that are performing just as poorly.
Guinea Pig is a mining license enough to satisfy you?? What else are you looking for before investing?
My undertaking of the situation is that the local govt needs to see companies such as AFR making the effort to develop their land holdings prior to issuing a mining license. If they have no intention of developing the asset their is no reason to grant the license. If the company invests resources into project planning then they will be looked upon favourably.
