As you are aware they have 90 days to place any shortfall, with an announcement. If there is a shortfall, where these are placed, to whom and at what price will set the tone of the Board. Hence I see it as crucial that they prove me wrong and do things honest, otherwise why invest if you don’t trust the board? Money talks and we’ll see what way they jump.
