"The best place to find a new mine is near an old mine".
If you have ground with anomalies near an already existing economic deposit you have a far greater chance of finding an economic deposit than exploring in the middle of nowhere. Nearology does matter because it increases your chances of finding something worthwhile. Nearology obviously doesn't guarantee you will find anything but by being near a discovery you are just trying to improve the odds.
IMO at 0.03/0.04c RMR is a very good (but risky)investment. If the price was sitting above 1c I wouldn't be so keen unless the company had released some more positive information which had improved the odds of a discovery.
