You are correct about Matich he did sell 3 mill RRSO out of a parcel of 10M given to him and collect handsomely. As a Director ASIC should have taken action. He appeared to have a Findlay connection and he again aquired 30Mill options in the 180M placement and have subsequently sold again. He was not a Director at this time. Certainly his motives as a Director at that time appeared very questionable.

The Company will not shake of the "dog" status until they appoint new Management and Directors I believe this process is at hand.

As for Corachapi, time will prove its a significant Uranium deposit.
