Understand what you're saying there re: New targets and upcoming prospects like river crossing. Very early stage and all encouraging. But these will take time and $$$$ to prove up any JORC contributing ounces.
But that's not the part of the ann that created a rush for the exits today for the punters/traders/short term investors
I think the main reason todays announcement was poorly received by the market was the RC results from doubema , foumbiri and pampouna. These prospects were AMX's oxide hopefuls with proximity to konks proposed mine and to be included into PFS (to give the PFS a shot in the arm). It seems those prospects are falling well short of expectations, given the table of significant intercepts in todays ann(most were less than impressive)
I would have to side with the market today regarding the announcement. It was a ST sell if your a trader and a mostly disappointing read for any long-termers that have been dug in waiting for new results....
By no means am I saying that the current shareprice and market cap represents realistic value. I still think that AMX is still stupidly undervalued for the known resources alone, let alone any exploration upside.
Anyway, back to waiting for me and other long term holders. Unfortunately, I don't get paid to wait for the share price to rise , unlike some....(looking at you PK)
Give them some guidance over there please Gunga. They may need it by the looks....
PS: Regarding burkina labs......thats a disgrace how they're run. Time to ship samples to perth or canada ?? I hear Ghana's just as bad as burkina. South africa perhaps ? Labs there must be slowing down with the strikes ?
