    The shares and options will be/are held in a number of nominee accounts, rather then in the name of Pattersons (e.g UBS Nominees, National Nominees etc)

    Pattersons have 27 million shares and 28 million options(shortfall+underwriters options) up their sleeves.

    The options are not worth 15.9c, a better approximation of the current price would have to be calculated using the Black–Scholes formula.
