30m shares placed at $4.50 or above would be a monumental coup - All power to management if its achieved.

Personal I understand why Sinosteel got their placement at $3.90 - but why give the shipping company 600000 at $3.90 ? surely it would have been better to just pay them cash if 20m or 30m were going to be placed at $4.50 / $5

Im still going for 25m shares at $3.90 / $4.00 as being a more realistic goal.
