    How does DLS get away with stating they will seize control of the board with only 41% on today's Ann? Strikes me as a) bully boy tactics and b) plainly false and possibly something ASX should be alerted to, as part of an ASX Ann. Meanwhile, I have just posted back my voting forms for what they are worth - something I very rarely bother with.
