Turnbull lost the leadership my one vote, one member was ascent and one abstained. Slipper was credited with giving Abbott that one winning vote and he is no longer a Lib.

4 years down the track Abbott did not lead the libs to victory at the last election and the possabilty of him leading them to a victory at the next election is looking shaky.

Turnbull may well have the numbers now, certainly there would be concern amoungst the libs as we get closer to an election that they may lose again and it is obvious that Turnbull is there Ace card.
