See attached. There were 30 trades at .965 for a total of 13M+. No doubt there was one significant trade and the rest minor purchases probably. Typically appendix 3B's are an indication but, as far as I can see, the recent ones don't align with this purchase. Someone with a better trading platform may have a more qualified idea.
