    if there is a second strike and a spill of the board

    who signs the paperwork for the SD deal?

    im pretty sure any caretaker board would not be able to enact company changing decisions.

    25% vote on renumeration might be enough to sink this deal short term

    but without any candidates for a new board whats the point
