the binding agreement was for 5 tenements now it seem that may
not be the case so the orginal JV would be in jeopardy but could
be re-negotiated to include less tenements with same split
(i hope) and a new binding agreement drawn up. No big deal
if they get the right agreements ofourse.
anyway thought Id just touch on the graphite balloon being burst.
consider this, no new supply has come on (as fas as my research
goes) and the Canadians continue to pursue their projects of
various stages. The only difference I see is people is more
conservative to day trade the graphite hopefuls which means
others who hasnt changed views is accumulating their positions
and others wait for signs to enter. many of the hopefuls are at
pre discovery level others hasnt even started their product met
work. the positives is we now have different comnies at different
kick stages so getting your timing wrong and you miss out.
