Go back to before Fuzzy/Smsl come on the scene.
The trucks leaving Mt W dont even need a "Hazardous Goods " sticker.
Its in paste form.
Under Malaysian rule its under "Radioactive level Regulations'
Almost like importing gravel..no fuss or time required.EIA was sufficient.
SMSL..however..seeing it as Radioactive as a Nuclear plant wanted this gravel treated accordingly..the full Monty..DEIA etc etc well you know the rest.
No it wasnt done too quickly.
