That's exactly right jonesy, I would not be to concerned with the outcome of TONS licences, they could all be granted, I think its favourable for them and Mozambique government as it is another revenue raiser for them. Going by TONS announcement I think they are just treating things with caution and that is understandable, especially when your on foreign turf. Although what is favorable is the granting of other licences that have been granted to date, whether in the past if other prospects have failed is not to my knowledge at this stage, but going with the success in close proximity with other entities that have had significant results is only indicating to me that TON should have similar success with there licences I expect some announcement in November. In regards of the graphite market in plateau is just a complete fallacy, as the other entities are starting to show signs of another bull run, according to the charts, BUX is on the turn and one of your favorites AXE is showing signs of further upside to the S/P.. lest not forget that TON is still are minnow with a potential of becoming a MAJOR, GIN and TONIC not far off the mark..
