Would have been very disappointing if you were a large Australian Shareholder and expended considerable money to travel to UK to attend AGM in person only to find at the last minute no directors would be there and then on the day to find out it wasnt the AGM at all....this is very very very poor.
Only a miracle will save this board and this CEO now. I sincerely hope for their benefit they do not try and change their remuneration at the AGM as it will be strike one if I can gather enough votes.
