Had the Company succeeded Lee would have been your hero. I am assuming that you were one of the shareholders who voted against ratifying the remuneration of Directors and Senior Executives at the AGM in May this year.

Also it seems that you are holding him responsible for the failure of the product as well, despite his well publicised shareholder updates, which must have resulted in you remaining a shareholder. If this was not the case please let us know what impeded you from selling your shares if you had these thoughts on his performance? Of course you are not prepared to give him any ground for his on-going support and staying with the Company when he knew that it was always needing capital. Being a Director or senior executive of a company in administration or liquidation does not enhance you reputation. It also begs the question if the Pinder boys and Girls do win the day, who is going to run the Company?

I guess it is always easier to blame the biggest target. When you have perfected the "hindsightometer" you could put in into MST as it would be a winner.
