    I can see this having a crack at 10c today.

    Would someone be able to elaborate why NKP & Genorah dont just take Anglo/ARM to the courts to get this dispute resolved. The legal advice they have received supports their legal tenure of the farms, so why not take this to the courts and have it resolved. It is unclear to me why they ares till negotiating in good faith.
