Well I maybe experiencing indigestion too with ELD, if it doesn't bounce from here.
mkt cap at a paltry $70 million (@15.5c) is that right ??? glad I didn't buy at the all time highs of $28 back when.
but back then the REITS, retailers, etc...were all going gangbusters buying property, businesses, etc... at the top of the market even after a 5-6 year rally. so you look at valuations now and 4-5 years on from GFC 1 and you ask yourself, is this good value buying now for the medium-long term ?
considering 5 years ago, people were willing to pay anything ranging from 40 to 200 times the current levels of most stocks out there without question/hesitation - yes we do live in different times now.
