considering that there simply does not seem to be any drilling in progress, or any drilling recently completed - then the original post of this thread, should be ignored.
the company is broke - and even though the cash flow statement did not indicate any funds being received from eclipse - if funds were received, it would simply negate the outstanding loan..
the directors did not contribute one cent to the recent capital raising ... guess, that they still have their hands out for director fees
