re: Ann: Preferred Contractor for Christmas C... It sound good wining a big $1.8B contract over 5 years.
However someone need to think about this, MAH' problem is: it COULD NOT deliver the contracts in the past, and it happened twice!
Market clearly still has doubt on the credibility of the management team in MAH.
