One wuld hope that the judge wil balance any critical opinion of radiation hazard of the LAMP by OEKO with the many expert opinions and evidence in hearings that the LAMP is safe.
One would hope in looking at the issue of a permanent storage facility for "hazardous waste" that the judge reviews Lynas plans and evidence to turn any "hazardous" waste into non-hazardous commercial products.
If the judge does not do the above and comes out with a "negative" ruling for Lynas there will probably be immediate appeals from Lynas and the AELB.
