I know nothing about them and I take it that you are in the same boat.. I am pretty sure that there are others behind WEG apart from the one director.. and they must have some good connections

Who would know the most about them and their actions over the last few months ???

I reckon that would be PLV management.

They recommend voting yes, so that is what i intend to do.

If I did not trust management then I would have sold my shares already.. A no vote is just silly in my opinion..
