“Do you believe the court is only reviewing the process in which the Minister came to his decision and not his actual decision?”

My opinion is yes, the court is reviewing the process not the decision. BUT the practical effect of either is the same…DELAY

It may ultimately be in our favor that the review is only of the process but the short-term effect is still delay. I realize this is a minority opinion but it still looks as if delay is related to election. The obvious implication is that the judicial system is playing their role in delaying tactics. If so, nothing will be resolved on the 8th nor any time before the election.
