PEN looks to be in the next markup phase.
Confirmation for me will be the break above 3.8 and when it does break above this minor resistance I believe it will be marked up quickly.
The company is about to become a miner and out of the realm of a speculative explorer.
PEN will never see sub 2 again IMHO!
