re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Hi maka,
I respect your opinion in this regard but I just want to reply to the following comment.
"No company with a bonafide relationship with large worldwide conglomerates would be at this marketcap at such a supposedly advanced stage. How can this be explained?"
What do you think has been going on since these "bonafide relationships" with global giants have actually been confirmed and announced to the market?
GSK to Progress FIM Technology - 65.63%
Collaborative Development Agreement with GSK - 54.17%
Global FMCG to Secure Access Rights for Beauty Care - 47.62%
Procter and Gamble Enters Joint Development Agreement - 38.89%
OBJ have been sold down on low volume since these announcements were released to the market, and you and I both know that retail investors will often sell @ the lows.
When the general market comes to realize that not one single development with any major global partner has ever been factored into the sp, the historicals will be history.
Where I believe many have been missing the bigger picture here, is that whilst in theory this should not be rocket science, OBJ's technology, by its very definition is literally, just that.
For anyone invested in OBJ who has become discouraged from watching the sp descent I would encourage to spare a little time to understand the science behind OBJ's technology platforms - I'm not talking specifically about all the potential applications for OBJ's proprietary magnetic fields and magnetic micro-arrays, but rather just the science, irrespective of any connection to OBJ - It is most important to understand the significant impact this science will soon have in nearly every facet of our world, and more importantly what it actually is which has only recently allowed researchers to begin driving these major changes which are imminent. The science itself is nothing new, however it is new imaging techniques which are allowing researchers to take a giant step forward for engineering materials at the atomic level - New imaging techniques which have allowed scientists to manipulate the position of atoms inside a nanoparticle like the image below showing the 3-D structure of a silver nanoparticle at the atomic level. This reconstuction would not have been possible 2 years ago.
Source - Three-dimensional atomic imaging of crystalline nanoparticles
How are these new techniques being applied for advancing developments in the world or drug delivery technologies?
Electrons are the negatively charged particles of an atom and are bound to the nucleus by the electromagnetic force, so if you have a drug delivery technology which has the ability to manipulate electrons it opens up a whole new world of opportunities for not only controlling the precise dose of a drug, but also the precise depth of penetration and delivery pathway for pinpoint interventions.
Take chemo drugs for example. They are quite effective at killing cancer cells, however they are also quite effective at killing healthy cells which often leads to some very serious side effects. Rather than loading the body with highly toxic drugs, as is currently the case for many cancer sufferers, why not apply new applications which enable the development of drug delivery technologies for controlled delivery of chemo drugs directly to the site of the cancer cells inside non-toxic trojan horse-like particles (to use Dr DeSimone's anology) with precise control over the rate of degradation?
I would also encourage you to have another quick look at Dr Tarl Prow's profile synopsis.
Over the past few years, my collaborators and I developed microneedle-based drug and vaccine delivery to treat and/or prevent cancers. The development of novel nanolayered microneedles will help us deliver therapeutic/diagnostic nanoparticles to site of interest. Over the last year, I have used edge-cutting non-invasive imaging, such as reflectance confocal microscopy and fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy, to identify the therapeutics uses for silver nanoparticles by analysing the metabolic effects of skin in volunteers. In addition, I have studied the penetration of quantum dots and nanotoxicology of metal nanoparticles in human skin metabolism using advanced time correlated single photon counting techniques. - Dr Tarl Prow - Profile Synopsis
SCIENCE BEHIND THE TECHNOLOGY
Complex three-dimensional and moving magnetic fields have the ability to repulse certain molecules to enhance diffusion and alter the permeability of biological and non-biological targets. These properties of magnetic fields result from:
Diamagnetic Repulsion - a property where matter with paired electrons are repulsed by a magnetic field. OBJ harnesses this force to control the rate, depth of penetration and delivery pathway of active ingredients during diffusion and partitioning.
Induced Charge Permeation - a property of the dielectric characteristics of target barriers. OBJ harnesses this property to manipulate transient permeability and to focus active ingredients at structures where the physics of micro-fluidic flow influence delivery outcomes.
Energy Redirection - a property of surface charge accumulation. OBJ harnesses this effect to capture the motion energy of normal usage behaviour to alter surface flow characteristics and penetration in target barriers.
John Baldoni, GlaxoSmithKline’s SVP of Platform Technology and Science, urged the audience to start looking at the world of medicine differently. “Rather than loading the body with drugs with potentially deleterious effects, we’ll have the ability to execute pinpoint interventions using electrons,”

Hi jarrody,
"Though I guess when you are in with over 90% of your funds then optimism is all u have. You seem like a sensible fella, but you really should start looking at the negatives, that is the reality"
I can't help but smile when I read things like this, and you aren't the first person who has assumed as much either, but on the basis of what? If your psychic powers are telling you that my investment strategy doesn't incorporate a monitoring and management plan for risk mitigation, then I'm sorry to be the one to inform you, but you extrasensory perception couldn't be further from the facts, and that my friend is the reality.
A partially informed investor is about as effective as a partially informed doctor.
Successful investing takes a lot of hard work and effort, Jarrody

Hi MG,
"If you are saying there will never be a CR, then why didn't Glyn say so?"
No, I am not saying that, nor has Glyn ever said to you or anyone else that there would be, so that is simply misleading.
I highlighted the two main points I was making in my last reply to you. I thought I made these points quite clear...
"I simply do not believe for one second, nor do I see any logical sense whatsoever for the company to be planning the execution of a 25% issue causing significant s/holder dilution at an absolutely absurd sp... It's simply not going to happen under these current conditions, MG - And I'm just stating the facts."
"The board will probably be quite aware that something significant needs to happen within the next26 days24 days. I would also propose that it may need to have a very positive effect on our sp."
If that message wasn't clear enough for you on Wednesday night, then hopefully this one will be, MG... ;)
