Four directors resigning, all with significant stakes in the company when considered as personal holdings. Why would they do this?

This I think is an indication of something significant on the move very soon. Personally, I kind of doubt the complete takeover theory unless it is at a VERY substantial increase in price, but lean towards guessing that a fairly large sell down in Crux and/or a buy in (but not takeover) from a large major. As has been pointed out there are significant potential blues sky gains from further developments with Auriga and Echuca which could add multiples to the companies value if they prove up. However cash is required to do this and it has to come from some kind of sell down or buy in with cash.

Why not a takeover? The new management surely recognise the future potential even if the market puts no value on it. Why else would such high power individuals have got involved? One would expect they want to work through the challenges towards the possible very high rewards than just engineer a rollover.

Just thoughts!

Anyway, I'm buying more at .12 as even at a rise to .20c or so it is a great deal imo.
