Barry, put up all the smoke screens you like, but the fact that you dont understand how BPL works is clear in your words above.

I'll give you another pointer, BPL goes anywhere there are powerlines...............(you know the big things that run along the side of the road) it cost $200k to cover an entire town in Texas..........UNW have just spent over $50 million to do Sydney alone.

SKG are using BPL in side highrise buildings which means they don't need to install cable, as soon as BPL is utilised in suburubs and small towns UNW will have no cutomers, because Broadband will be available to anyone that plugs a computer into a power point.

UNW's whole thrust is they can supply broadband where it is not currently supplied by Telstra or Optus...and you can take your connection with you when you move house, with BPL every house will have broadband because every house has powerlines.

This in turn will create an explosion of home automation products and services, SKG are well placed and companies like UNW & Iburst are dead in the water !
Google and Goldman sachs just put up $100 million on BPL and you still think it's funny ?
