    Looked through the GET announcements, by the look of them, there is no announcement that actually contains a copy of the entire signed JV. There is a signed agreement however accroding to the announcements. (It started as a Heads Of Terms before the parties signed the HOT)

    I would be interested in seeing the quit/termination clauses.
