Some time ago, the Saudis were talking about oil in Euros but the US quickly killed that idea.

However, now the Chinese-Russia-Iran and Venezuela, to name the leaders, have much closer relationships, this Bourse will go ahead alright IMHO.

The Europeans always have been closer to this Kartel than the US whose policies not only have failed but will boomerang and will cause some heavy damage to the US: this Bourse is just the start.
