Are you saying you DON'T want remuneration linked to performance? Because plenty of other posters in the past (perhaps including yourself??) have complained about remuneration NOT being linked to performance.
Either way, not sure what disclosing individual employees income is going to fix. Please explain......
I would have thought it's the total costs that would be the issue and make a difference. But I don't care anymore.
