Snowkat, I know.

Not saying I agree with it at all, just that the old board didn't really get a lot in the 'old days'. There was actually quite an incentive to get the SP up to a level where the majority of their options would pay off - i.e. above 22c.

The new guys have come in and been gifted a huge amount in comparison, where their pay off is at 9-11c.

Just look at the numbers:-
Old board 9m options at 22c
New board (/employees, Dalton & co) - 33m options at ~10c.

And the old board approved it. Easy money?

And the comparison is where I think they're coming from with these resolutions.

The new guys have already made their money. Makes me a little uneasy.

But that's not why invested. Still a lot to prove up with the twirly thing.
