the questions I now try to raise is that the capitial raising we discuss and TON referred to wont be coming in terms of a SPP imho. TON is now clearly on life
support with Jenks the main engineer, volume has tickled into cardio arrest
status and small buys keep it up to tick along when it gets into the 6's.

Those 500 lots parcel buys to prop it up is no doubt Canaccord so it
does not look so daunting for their sophisticated investors to issue at
10c. If I were in Jenks shoes why not try make the arrangement directly
with TON ? maybe not for the initial raising but for the one we know
will be coming ? (if they get the tenements).
