But what AKA posted sound very plausible too. Especially the part about issuing 600,000 shares at $3.90 per share to the shipping company, when we could have paid that amount out of petty cash, and when we could have sold those 600,000 shares at $4.50 instead.

I stay out of this one altogether. I will instead wait till all the eggs are fully hatched in order to avoid disappointments, and then I'll do the final head count.
