It is all about the securing of further funds for the progression of the Rocklands mining and Wayne has shown his negotiating skills in past share placements by obtaining above the going share prices.

As mining approaches, Rocklands is more valuable now ,in my opinion, to new investors than it was at the times of the other placements.

The new investors have the advantage of an earlier time frame for dividends over that of M@G and the Chinese companies.
