re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Management doing a CR to develop their own patch is suicide indeed and borderline stupidity. I absolutely agree with the other thread in an explanatory statement regarding the dilution and CR. If we have to raise money to develop and put our own patch onto the market then it is obvious that the majors are still many years away from anything material. Which brings me to the missing information regarding GSK, FMCG-1 and P&G not only that but hiring someone to roll out a product that was on the verge of commercialisation. Honestly, what the hell are management doing??? My concern stems from their total disregard for holders and keeping them in the dark then proposing the prospect of a CR without enclosing what it will be used for exactly; only a very vague and general statement.
