Their website for updating is a JOKE! It's slow, clumsy as you said, and you can't update all securities at once, only one at a time! Contrast it with Link's which is fast and allows an email or bank account update to be applied to all your holdings at once. Even worse is that you can't even register once you have more than 96 holdings (for "usability" reasons.) This may have been acceptable in 1995, but certainly not in 2012!
