It may be true. BUT, where is the money to do all of that going to come from??

I hope that you aren't going to say that we are going to do a JV with Surprise as well now.

And if we are to read the quarterly properly, and look at the projected expenses/costs for the next quarter appearing therein, it is clear that they don't intend to do anything much for the next quarter either.

Hence why, IMO, the market is responding in an adverse/contrarian way with our sp.
