rebel I will have done my own research, I am not a newbie, and I know, exactly what the house is worth.....
the only thing I dont know, is how much pent up demand is out there...I am also very experienced dealing with the mediocre salespeople, I can be a force to be reckoned with, which most learn the hard way.... I dont take crap,I employ them, they only work on commission, so if they waste my time, there is no reward for them.
I told you last week, a friend had an offer on a house, it had not been on the market for a week....
the two houses are similar, both are in sought after locations...
I guess many missed the 7% capital growth year in year out...plus the income it returns...
all of this during the GFC.... during the great bear period
I still believe it will be back to the good old days, around this time next year....when we are rid of the bumbling, incompetent, moronic govnut.... then there will be periods again, when I can return a tripling of growth, compared to the double growth digits during the GFC cheers
