I think a lot of shareholders would appreciate a clear incentive based structure for WEG that involved share price performance before being able to secure any additional or guaranteed benefits.
That would be one clear measurement that would remove any doubt as to any motivations or potential or possible involvement in ensuring the share price doesn't continue to languish.
Because they don't win if 'other' shareholders don't either.
If the share price or MC doesn't reach 'x' they don't get any benefits.
Simple perhaps but incredibly potent I would have thought.
Certainly would appease those shareholders (which is near on everyone) who are in the red.
Meaningful incentives have a way of making people work harder and all towards a common goal.
