pity joenes but i do see now how the 2mil grafex shares issued virtually on starting due diligence in august odd instead of definitive completion.
Checked the Qtrly cash and doesn't appear the cash was paid out prior to sept 30 to grafex but could have been on the 19th dd completion.

Maybe the shares formed part of the confirming $20k/application? As you say doesn't appear they were escrowed.

Pondering whether Jenks could be the Cannacord "sophisticated"?

Anyway mozmet thought I read that those local Geologists only did a review of the EM data not a rock chipping field trip with approval.
Read before how a "export approval' of samples is required out of Moz, no doubt adding to time delay on results issuing.
