    Hi,

    I am not sure if am reading this announcement correctly. To me it looks like 50/50 profit share is only for 30% of the project and not for the whole project. So in essence

    Govt Gets 10% free carried
    and gets 50% of 30% profit ie 15%

    In total 25% and STB gets 75% but spends 100% of capital

    Does not look that bad!
