LNC guidance is that it will be cashflow positive "excluding capital related expenditure" by the end of FY 2013 year (which by the way is is June 30 2013 not December 2012)

LNC have not issued new guidance on cashflow excluding capital costs therefore guidance has been maintained or has not changed in a material way worthy of further update at this stage (one quarter in to the financial year).

The appendix 5b most probably includes cash related to capital outflows so your posts are irrelevant to LNC guidance in both a numerical way and also irrelevant in terms of timing.
