Now I see what Matt747 has been banging on about ..What is thëir final offer..We are the sellers & we still don't know how much we are going to sell ths puppy for.

Almost choked on my mouthful of coffee when I read the announcement..Basically saying we have now got the funding plus more incase we have to increase the offer because of rejection/ better offer being presented..

So based on what they have secured, another poster has already worked out that thet can offer 57c (go figure)

A yes vote now would be ludicrous as they have partly shown the hand (Remember China Inc) would only let they go to an unreasonable amount for finance..well there it is in black & white..Vote NO get 57 c.

Otherwise they would not have been able to get this amount of funding as China Inc would have squashed it on the head as being unreasonabe.

Can anybody tell me of the last takeover they saw when a contract had been entered into & the purchaser publically announced they had more funding than required.
