wow thats pretty extraordinary value for the company. if the directors pull that off I'll be impressed (and surprised at tinkler to be honest).

The only downside is (or upside depending on your view), perhaps this is a takeover play by tinkler? we know he had his sights set on WhiteHaven not long ago (who he sold his original Maules Creek project to).

Also one other thing to note in terms of the JORC crackpot, the numbers sound impressive (6billion tonnes exploration target) but their modelling is down to 1000m..

in terms of open-pit efficiency, anything below 200m is extremely costly. A plant I recently worked on was at RL -125 (below -175m from ground level total) and it was costing 98$/tonne to mine and process.

So keep an eye out for seam depth in their modelled JORC when they release it.
