If you have been holding for so many years then you should still make a quid.
And you can be free to do something else with your time rather than continually carry on about the board and NC.
As for sweating on a decision from the judge I can only say that Lynas have jumped every hoop successfully and passed every single test thrown at them including a PSC which everyone whinged about at the time.
The judge will throw this garbage out of court because Lynas have done more than what is required of them.
NC and the current board are the guys and gals that have navigated this company through these difficult times so love them or hate them I think that its just not right to keep carrying on with the vitriol about how we need someone different to do the job.
Get over it. With all due respect.
And when the decision does go in Lynas' favour on the 8th maybe you could thank NC and the board for a job well done.
