Just finished searching COS on Google and was getting nowhere when my mind clicked in 'Chance of Success'.

That is really very good odds when you consider that the wells are Free Carried for MEO and as such the COF financially is NIL.

Chance of Failure = COF, lol

Here we have a chance at a 100mbl Oil Field at no cost.

MEO is a bargain but won't stay that way.
