I have to say, if you are asking, what happens if we roll the BOD and Shandong put their men in and take control of FML, you should be voting no. Why, they can do exactly that in 12 months time anyway. So rolling the BOD is not a big deal to me. They can always stand for reelection. I want to roll the deal and the BOD.
