As per my previous post ' no surprise to me , I checked out the camberwell aerial apartments prior to me investing in this organization , And as far as I am concerned they are amongst the best planned , designed , organized apartment project in Melbourne in a upmarket suburb that will create a good yield .It is a credit to all involved at fkp . As you can see in the midst of a property slump , fkp is making a decent profit from this project ( Poof they are conducting business well ). the profit will be in the last 20 apartment sold the rest is covering their investment .
Hopefully other states are as good as this one .
I can not understand who is selling this company 22.5 cents . Why are they throwing money away . What are we missing ?
