Jchipper, you must be a new TZL shareholder. A bit of sweetener (less losses) before an upcoming AGM is the usual practice of this BOD. As someone mentioned, the numbers/revenue is stagnant - what do you expect. Our shares have been diluted next to nothing. Resolution 8 should be voted against as the capital raised will definitely be finished off in no time. Just recall what were promised & did they deliver any? Rewards, share value, big contracts (for SingPost, they dare not to even estimate the value), stock of the year, beating them at their own game, etc..
Your calculations are at fault because next qt, increased losses will be back.
